The Hartford Courant reports that Elizabeth Warren, “the senior senator from Massachusetts known
for her progressive views, will headline the Jefferson Jackson Bailey dinner on
June 29 in Hartford.”
Ms. Warren is expected to channel Huey Long.

It really is astonishing how much fraud the Left will now tolerate. While the Democratic Party was the party of Huey Long and Father Coughlin, it became the party of the Adlai Stevenson, New York Times, and of the intellectual-oid elite. Now Harvard Law School is operated by affirmative action populists like Lady Chief Occupy. But, I'd gladly take merely phony Ms. Warren over criminal Hillary Rotten, and I'd take Green Mountain Bernie over either.

The broadcasts have been called "a variation of the Fascist agenda applied to American culture".[2] His chief topics were political and economic rather than religious, with his slogan being "Social Justice", initially in support of, and later opposing, the New Deal. Many American bishops as well as the Vatican wanted him silenced, but after the outbreak of World War II in Europe in 1939 it was the Roosevelt administration that finally forced the cancellation of his radio program and forbade the dissemination through the mail of his newspaper, Social Justice.
