In fact, that is how MOST orders are. Typically when a party brings a motion before the court, it includes an order page with a blank space for the judge's signature and the date. Even if the judge does not adopt the order wholesale as written, the typed order would STILL include a blank space for the date, that is just the way its done.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9069955.post-21827555189928248212010-11-09T06:23:16.773-05:002010-11-09T06:23:16.773-05:00Classic Cloward-Piven strategy - create chaos, the...Classic Cloward-Piven strategy - create chaos, then step in to manage the manufactured crisis.Charleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11940394016528488881noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9069955.post-65010657181139574452010-11-08T12:15:55.690-05:002010-11-08T12:15:55.690-05:00David,
We're you further away from the nation...David,

We're you further away from the national Democratic humiliation than Hillary Clinton while on vacation?

Funny – after the election, President Barack Obama traveled to India and from there sent a message to all Connecticut congressmen that it’s OK if businesses ship jobs to India. Someone should tell Rep. John Larson and the others, who made “Made in America” the central pillars of their Connecticut campaigns.

DonDon Pescihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11167988001948356357noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9069955.post-25067367290634885702010-11-08T11:45:39.828-05:002010-11-08T11:45:39.828-05:00Nice summary and investigation. I was out of town during the election (voted legitimate absentee) and this was national news it smelled so much.

I would suggest some improvements to the CT laws (but the Dems would consider them racist or otherwise restricting)

1. Third parties can cross-endorse all they want, but a candidate can appear only once on the ballot.

2. There must be enough ballots for 110% of registered voters as of a reasonable cut off.

3. No extension of voting hours except for natural disasters or power failures.

4. An independent elections commission would audit and rate local elections performance and recommend civil or criminal investigations if required.

5. Repeal the Motor Voter type registrations. The registrars can show up at malls and old age homes but no third party or mail in registrations.

We don't want to get like Illinois where crooks in the cities (Chicago, Springfield and East St Louis) can swing close elections easilyUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14206650643306740510noreply@blogger.com
