But I must say I envy recent graduates from UConn who upon graduation take their sheepskins to less tax punishing states. After a guy called Budd ruined Travelers Insurance Company, my brother hi-tailed it for South Carolina. While in Arizona, my wife’s uncle said he would build us a house there if we would move. He was a small contractor in CT who got out while the getting was good. But we decided to stay. Someone has to record the rise and fall of Connecticut.
